DON’T RUN YOURSELF OUT OF RUNNING

If you’re an aging runner who struggles with injuries and doesn’t feel great running and training, you’ve come to the right place.

As a lifelong competitive distancer runner, I find that most runners run themselves out of running, especially if they are older or beyond 50.

By not listening to their bodies, runners allow a minor ache or pain to transform into a full injury that forces a significant break from running and training at any age.

Instead of listening to early signs of injury, runners find ways to train AROUND their symptoms. Tactics like decreasing mileage, spacing runs out, and taking arbitrary days off are all used in hopes to magically fix aches and pains.

Toss in a few stretches you learned online, some ice, or maybe heat, and you're good go, right? Maybe you think it's a quick shoe change, but what you’re really looking at a runner who’s spiraling into the depths of injury.

The tactics above rarely work, but I see them consistently abused by so many athletes. The downward spiral extends not only the length of an injury but also the severity.

What does this mean? An injury that would otherwise heal in a few days or a week often lingers for months or longer. The final result is a frustrated runner who either continues to run in pain or is sitting on the sidelines praying to run again.

That’s why the Smart Injury Recovery Plan for Fast and Fit Over 50 is so important. It provides runners a step-by-step process to not only recognize injuries early but a system to get back to training and running faster once the injury has progressed.

While the Smart Injury Recovery Plan provides you the steps to recover, one outstanding issue remains. To truly heal and prevent future injuries, you need to fix the imbalances that caused the injury.

That's why Smart Injury Recovery Plan gives you everything you need to train smarter, run faster, and prevent injuries..

Meet your instructor NJ Lechnir

Author, Speaker, and Founder of Leapfrogging Success

Welcome! I'm NJ Lechnir, and I've been a competitive distance runner ever since I was old enough to compete at the age of 9. As an aging runner now in my 50s, I've seen other runners fail over and over again with injuring themselves, and I've also had my share of running injuries over the years. Whether it was Achilles pain, tendonitis in the knee, plantar fasciitis, tight shins, or hamstring discomfort, I've pretty much experienced it all. Now I’ve taken the best of what I know and put it all together to create a fresh innovative approach to help you overcome your injuries, and get you on the right track again. Thank you for joining me!
