Welcome! I've been a Learning and Development Specialist, administrator, designer, developer, researcher, teacher, trainer, mentor and writer for more than 25 years. I've watched anxious analytical introverts fail over and over again at public speaking and presentations. So I developed a scientific logical approach to success.

I’ve always been a quiet, introverted, reserved, deep thinker on the inside, and plagued with intense anxiety when it comes to presentations and public speaking. Now I’ve taken the best of what I've learned and put it all together to create a fresh innovative system to deliver powerful presentations and speeches.

It's called The LEAPS Method, and I am thrilled to show you how it works! First, I help you overcome intense fear, anxiety, doubt, and limiting beliefs, then I show you exactly how to use the same exact system and framework I used, so that you can achieve levels of outstanding public speaking you never thought possible.
